Evercom’s connector category includes FAKRA B-, C-, D- and H-code products, right-angle FAKRA options and multiple HB, HZ, HN, HF, HA, HU and B-series models. Connector selection requires an exact match of interface, gender, orientation, cable and RF requirements. Confirm the product drawing before approving a mating pair.

Specify the connector series, plug or jack, body orientation, mounting style, impedance, operating frequency, cable type, termination method and environmental conditions. For keyed systems such as FAKRA, include the required code and mating connector. Also review space for cable bend radius, panel thickness, retention, sealing and production assembly. Frequency and power ratings must be checked on the exact model.
The code defines mechanical keying and is used to prevent incorrect mating. The required code, gender, orientation and mating part must all match the vehicle or equipment interface. Do not substitute a different code based only on connector appearance.
A right-angle body may help when enclosure depth or cable routing is limited. Confirm the cable bend radius, mating direction, retention, assembly process and available space before choosing between straight and right-angle versions.
